1. General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jl4com (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

1.2 Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl4com regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

2.3 Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2.5 Identity Verification

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be suspended until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods

We accept deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment method. We do not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and processing time. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500; maximum per transaction is ₱500,000 unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jl4com is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crimes. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method in a different currency, your payment provider's exchange rate will apply. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and maximum cashout amounts. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before converting bonus funds to real money. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to withhold bonuses, cancel promotions, and close accounts if we determine that a player is abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that we deem to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, your bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited, and only your original deposit and any winnings from real money play will be processed.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

We reserve the right to refuse or accept any bet at our sole discretion. We may limit the maximum bet amount or maximum payout for certain players, games, or events without prior notice. All bets are final once accepted by our system. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction, bets may be voided at our discretion.

5.2 Game Results

All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested and audited by independent third parties. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed or disputed unless a technical error is proven. Sports betting results are determined by official results from the respective sports leagues and governing bodies.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of bots, automated software, or any other artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform
• Sharing account information or allowing others to access your account
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest behavior

5.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, transactions, or account status, we will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. Our decision on all disputes is final. You may escalate unresolved disputes to the appropriate regulatory authority, whose decision will be binding on both parties.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you are losing control of your gambling, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period. 6.3 Underage Gaming

We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. We employ age verification systems and regularly monitor for suspicious activity. If we discover that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and funds will be confiscated and donated to gambling addiction prevention organizations.

7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

7.1 Ownership of Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of jl4com or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our express written permission.

7.2 License to Use Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its content; (b) download or copy account information for the benefit of another party; (c) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or (d) modify or create derivative works based on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the jl4com Platform is entirely at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl4com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to jl4com in the six months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. Any unclaimed funds remaining 90 days after account closure may be forfeited.

9.2 Termination by jl4com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, providing false information, or behavior that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, we will refund any remaining real money balance, but bonus funds and pending bets may be forfeited.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10.2 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
